I was injured on the job on 02/07/06 and teminated after seven years of being employed with my employer on 02/09/06. I injured my back, neck, knee and left shoulder/arm. I am disabled at this time with the injuries, depression and severe anxiety and can't work. The insurance company is fighting 75% case and I have no income to pay my mortgage or other bills. They have acknowledged my left knee and I will be having surgery before 12/29/06 and this will lay me up from 3-6 months, including rehab. I am in litagation against the insurance company but will not know anything until after a hearing scheduled for 01/09/07. My attorney feels 150% confident we will prevail but until then, I am on my own. I am only in need of temporary help with my mortgage and bills, so my I won't lose my home. Any pledges I receive, I will gladly repledge what I can after my settlement so others can be helped. Any questions, comments or recommendations are welcomed.
